If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will give you a 30 day money-back guarantee (and quietly sob into a pillow. JK.) from the time you receive the goods.
Please email us at email@example.com within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can help you out - capiche?
We recommend that you return the product (and they will need to be returned) via Registered Post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure your parcel. Lustre Love will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
Important bit! If you’re returning an item that was part of a bundle, you will not receive the full price of that individual item. Instead, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

Missing or damaged products
If your package was damaged during transit, sh!t that should not happen! Sorry. Please save the box and product and notify us immediately at email@example.com. We will arrange for a shiny new product to be sent your way ASAP.
If your package is missing, like your tamagotchi in 1997 missing, please contact us and we will take the required follow-up steps. This process takes approximately 2-3 business days.
